Digitalisation
All in one ES App – Central Learning Hub
I am to build the All in one ES App, a platform where all our books, CA system and everything is transformed to one digital space.
A.I. Assisting Platform
I aim to build a platform which breaks our reliance on extra lessons by providing students with the appropriate guidance by having access to video lessons, tailored notes and resources.
ES Verto. (Approved & Being Implemented)
The ES Verto app which is a platform which enhances student voice and allows students the opportuntiy to take an active role in the decision making in our school has already been aprooved by the headmaster and will be implemented in
the coming months.

Academics & Opportunity
Expanding Exam Options
Allow for a wider range of exam boards and subjects such as the IB and provide preparation for internationally recognised exams like the ACT, SAT, LSAT and more.
Expert Workshops & Speeches
Invite proffesional guests specialising in their respective field of study allowing students to provide insights into the journey they took what a levels and their experience. This can provide students with an engaging and interactive experience and understand more about their prospective career.Â
Careers fair Opportunities
Host monthly fairs where students have the opportunity to meet with future and potential employers and offer their skills for prospective internships which allows students to get hands on experience in the
field they plan on persuing.

Community
Sports tournaments recorded live
Enhancing sports tournaments by offering more opportunities for events with football, basketball or padel. Matches can be recording adding an extra value where each game is leading up to a big final.
Valuable Educational Field Trips
Organise more opportunities for trips which allign with the curriculum for example visits to the UN in Geneva for History students. The bigger the educational value the more likely they are to be implemented by the board.
Monthly hang out times
Have a committee responsible for organising monthly hangout activities within the school or thorugh outside independent iniatiatives fostering a sense of engagement and community and bonding through each year group.
Mental Health & Wellbeing of Students
Excused days off
Allow for an excused day off when students can provide evidence of intense academic pressure or through other extracurricular involvement providing a day for them to relax or to work more effectively.
Monthly Student Surveys through ES APP
Through the developed ES App students can enter annonymous online surveys evaluating their emotional wellbeing for their school. Each students record is saved individually and handled appropriately.
Councellor Support Sessions
Provide easier access to a councelor or digital companion where student can express concerns and learn how to get organised and study more effectively such as sharing tips and tricks which can assist them.
